I am new to this board, so please forgive me if I am telling you people what you already know.
However I have found that very hot milk has a powerful sedating effect on my anxiety. If the anxiety is severe I add sugar, heaps of it if necessary. If the anxiety is disabling, I use very hot milk rice pudding with sugar.
I also find that hot eggs make a powerful sedative for bad anxiety.
Hot corned beef is also a good sedative for me.
Does anyone else have any other remedies that are not doping and do not have side effects?
