stimulant+SSRI combo common doses?

Hi all:
This question is directed to all who have taken zoloft + adderall together as part of their med regimen:
What doses of each have you been on while taking them together?
I'm taking 87.5mg zoloft and I've upped my adderall from 10mg to 35mg in the last 9 days. I'm concerned if this is too much combined.
