i gained 50 pounds on zoloft and found that it tended to fade after a few months. Paxil and a little risperdal works so much better for my OCD and it actually decreased my appetite. it doeasn't fade either. are you going off the zoloft and not going onto something else? cog behav therapy helps a lot, but you need to be on something too. you will get a whole lot more out of therapy if you take a med too.
