Help -- KONKED out, depressed, on 5 mg Librium...

Help.
Took 5 mg librium this a.m. expecting nothing to happen. About an hour after taking it I became an exhausted, depressed, suicidal zombie all day. Only now am I starting to come out of the stupor (8:30 p.m.).
What's going on here?? Also taking 20 mg Geodon. I am decreasing that dosage as well. Can't tolerate it. Can't tolerate anything. Want to give up.
