I've heard you don't have to follow the diet restrictions of regular MAOIs with the patch. As Parnate has been one of only two drugs to ever help me (15 years of trying) I would very much like to see it approved. Of course I don't want something that isn't safe. I haven't heard anything about why it wasn't approved. I'd be curious to know why too.
