Jane - how long have you been on 10mg? It's hard to asy what the equivalant amount of Lexapro would be. Maybe 5mg would be a good starting amount. You could then eventually go lower or higher. Righ now you would need to split the pills but in within 6 months, Lexapro will be available in liquid form.
