That is not too fast, I think it is pretty typical. My doctor had me on the identical dosage increase but when I got to 225mg just this past week, I got extremely dizzy and felt "spaced-out" so I backed down to 150mg. Am feeling better...less depression and anxious but am not 100%. I would be curious to know how you are tolerating 225mg and how long the side effects last. I would be all for sticking it out if I knew it would relieve some of the pain.
