Ritalin is a not infrequently used augmentation drug for depression. It's part of my mix of drugs, but unfortunately I don't find it curative, just ameliorative. That doesn't mean that it wouldn't be more helpful for you. Talk to your doctor about it. If you've taken it in the past without difficulties it's certainly worth trying, especially with your ADD background. Talk to your psychiatrist.
