When I was taking Wellbutrin (alone, no other meds), one of the many side effects was a tremendous feeling of pressure in my head. It started very predictably about an hour after taking WB and lasted all day. It was definitely the WB.
I took WB for 2 months but (despite some mood improvement) discontinued it due to anxiety, dizziness, and various other side effects including the above. All of the side effects quickly disappeared when I stopped it.
I'm currently taking clonazepam and Adderall (and Neurontin) and haven't experienced anything like that with these. And, my moods are very stable, finally.
