I had posted an idea relatively similar to this a while ago:

with the more general idea of attempting to define pharmacological profiles. I could see your concept being a natural adjunct to this, as both a reference, and potential refinement to the profiles (when individual variables are known). I've also become interested in the dynamics of the cytochrome P450 interactions in drug "interactions," with the idea of a tool that would allow someone to enter their regimen into a form which would advise on any positive/negative interactions. Nutritional habits can also widely affect drug half-lives, such as the enhancing effect grapefruit juice has on certain benzodiazepines (Xanax, Halcion).
There are currently a few tools, such as the P450 datbase at http://gentest.com/human_p450_database/
Given that I already have the requisite server and bandwidth, I've been considering developing a site like that as a Master's thesis.
Any thoughts?
