How long have you been on your current meds? I am in a similar boat regarding going back to college, and over the past few days have had a complete med change because of my apathy and not going to class, etc. The jury is still out, of course, because it will take a bit for the med change to take hold.
You may want to get back to your doc ASAP, tell them about your school situation, and try a different approach. It may take an addition or change of meds, but the way you might want to look at it, is that obviously your symptoms and illness have not gotten better. You really have nothing to lose in going in a different med direction. Good luck.
