ADDERRALL*AND*METHADONE -HARMFUL ?

Howdy Folks !!
I have a confusing situation.I see a CP doc and a P doc,for 2 different things.I currently am taking Methadone 20 mgx4,Adderrall 10mgx2,Paxil 40mgx1,and Xanax .05x3.What,if any,effect would this mixture have on the heart or other "parts"?Would any of these meds offest or enhance each other?Any feedback is welcome.Festus
