I have now been on my third month of the birth control pill Alesse. My gyno thought it would help to override my horomes. I think it has helped some because I would be severally anxious and depressed before my period and through the period and then during ovualtion. Which most of my month I felt pretty crappy. Also the increase in both of my medications I think has helped to a point. But this setback feels like old times. I have thought about going to an endocrinologist to get a thryoid test. I had one done in Jan from my regular family doctor and it came back normal. So hormones are a interesting thing.
