Just a little trivia, Don't let the bastards grind you down, was originally (or one of the original expressions was Latin far pre-dating Bob Dylan. Ni Illegitimi Carborundum.
Hey if we were born first they'd be quoting us
thats what I say.

I named my son after Bob Dylan.

His adoptive parents changed it though...
I hope it wasn't something like Justin Timberlake..

Yeah sorry but the withdrawl's no fun... (to say the least)
Ibuprofen helped me a lot, actually any anti-inflammatory.
My only other suggestion, not my original either.. A padded room for the home. That way you never have to leave.
Just get some pillows, a staple gun, rubber sheets you can buy at any Goth store....
You get the picture.
Sorry, and hey I haunt the Social Babble board cause I can't ever stay on topic or be brief something I would dearly love to blame on Effexor but I would be lying.
Yeah GinJoint and Sandra Dee at the Social bablle were talking about making Depression fisher price dolls with little housecoats, blood shot eyes and
lithium tremors.. if you need some commiseration thats a great place . TRUST ME I'm not a doctor but I have some buried under my floor boards (wishful thinking)
