My husband has been taking oral HGH for several problems - overweight, a frozen shoulder and insomnia - and he's pleased with the results. I'd like to try it because of the weight gain problems I've always had with Nardil, but am nervous about possible contra-indications.
He's using the Liddell brand, which an oral spray called Vital HGH. The active ingredients are listed as Human Growth Hormone 30X, Pituitarum 30X, Liver Extract 3X.
The liver extract makes me nervous, as I had a nasty hypertensive crisis some ten years ago by mixing liver pate with Marplan (it wasn't on my list of no-no foods the doc gave me).
