You probably don't want to hear this, but Celexa,you're almost guaranteed to gain some weight. Nothing spectacular, but maybe 10-15lbs or so.

Headaches and stuff, yes, during maybe the first month of treatment. However, Celexa was by far the easiest SSRI to take that I've tried thus far.

Good DRs are almost impossible to come by. What you should do then is study up on EVERYTHING that this Dr suggests. If he/she wants you to try a new medication, try to find out everything about this new medication that you possibly can. If you don't like the way it sounds but you can find an alternative from the same family of drugs, bring that up. If the Dr diagnoses you as something, do research on it and explain to them why you do or don't think that you fall under that heading. DRs are basically just there to help guide you, YOU should do the majority of the work. After all, it's you that has to start feeling better, not them. They'll be getting paid the same salary every time they see you regardless as to how you're feeling.
