Methadone and other drugs.

I have a sibling who is on methadone as treatment for opiate addiction. I am positive this is the result of years of self medicating. "Bea" has had problems with opiates, cocaine, benzos, and alcohol. From what I've been reading, it's not a good idea to combine benzos with the high doses of methadone an addict takes. I've also recently discovered Bea has been doing just that. My question is about her urine tests. What do they screen for? Would her pdoc or counselor know she's been abusing other drugs?
