Hi Ross,
I also found Nardil to be a "miracle drug" but switched to Parnate because of the side effects (years ago). Although I can no longer tolerate Parnate (much to my despair) I found whatever side effects I had with it were quite positive - increased libido, increased energy and decreased appetite. Yes I had dry mouth, but no constipation or urinary retention and nothing else. It was just as effective as the Nardil and I stayed on it for 4 years.
Just a thought.
