There is a link somewhere out there, but I can't remember where I saw it. Notice we were talking about Adderall, not an SRRI but a stimulant. All stimulants are banned, including high levels of caffeine. Although the caffeine levels must be quite high.
Most of the SRRIs are NOT banned. I agree with your concerns, but look at it from the ruling bodies perspective. How can they determine who is legitamately depressed and who is not? If there were irrefutable proof that an SRRI enhanced athletic performance, there would be "depressed" athletes coming out of the woodwork. As we all know, it's not difficult to go to a PDoc and get a script.
There is just no way that they can make these kind of exceptions as things currently stand. As it is, they are always behind the out-and-out cheats anyway, let alone trying to police the honest athlete with mental or emotional problems.
