Dear Geezer and all,

Both "Kaplan and Saddock" and Goldberg often talk about having to go above the recommended FDA dose of parnate. Kaplan and Saddock mention a patient needing to taper up to 150mg per day for continued improvement. Goldberg has said if you keep pushing the dose, most patients will respond to parnate.
