I take it 10mgs every day. I was kind of having bad experiences when I tried to lower it and get off it. My thinking wasn't clears, basicaly I fell apart. So now that I'm back on the 10 every day I feel great. Wish it happened with out the drug. I feel hoplessly addicted.
