Do you feel at all drugged on your current dosage? If not, you shouldn't be too concerned about 600mg. I can tell you I've taken up to 3600mg without experiencing anything I would call a side-effect. If you do notice a problem with 600mg, you can have your pdoc prescribe 100mg capsules and increase it at a slower rate. This is a very safe and tolerable drug. If you search the archives here, you will find very few posts complaining about the side-effects of Neurontin.
