Cyber,OK I gotcha! Well, if I was to take a stimulant again it would be Ritalin. I think Concerta would be best, because you can get away usually with just a single tablet and avoid all of that annoying crashing and pill-popping. I was amazed that I could easily tolerate 20mg of Ritalin everyday. I don't know if it was a placebo effect or not (probably), but Focalin seemed to work even better. I would take 2.5mg immediately before I walked into work and I never got stuck and lost when someone asked me a question. It was also nice to remember everybody's names for a change! Anyhow, I tend to get itching/dermatitis from all stims (and Wellbutrin) and I didn't get any itchiness from the Focalin. But it is expensive as hell, and I would have to take a 2.5 mg dose every two hours... I would see about starting Concerta at 18mg/day and take it from there.
