Hey Nilla, I went from Paxil to Effexor XR now to Lexapro. I had to move off Paxil because of night tremors. I would start shaking and my husband would try to hold me and wake me up. I never got past those and when they started happening during the day, I knew it was time to change. That was the only bad I found in Paxil.
