SSRI DA depletion?

I read something about an SSRI dopamine depletion- kind of syndrome, which I believe I have experienced being on prozac for three yrs. and now up to 40mg./day. Is there any beneficial change in med. regiment that I could talk to my doc. about. like adding something or switching to something else?
