I'll show you mine if you show me yours!!!! (your daily supplement regime that is)
Following is my current daily med and supplement regime. This regime is constantly being fine tuned and adjusted as my knowledge about this subject increases and changes. I have noticed a steady improvement in my medical conditions and in my overall general health on this regime. I would LOVE to know what supplement regimes other posters on this message board have implemented for themselves and I would also REALLY appreciate any suggestions or comments on how I could possibly improve my own regime based on any research or personal experiences.
First a bit of background about me. I have the following medical conditions
1. A primary diagnosis of social anxiety.
2. Suspected chronic fatigue (diagnosed by my GP) probably originating from a bout of glandular fever I suffered 10 years ago and exacerbated by poor lifestyle choices such as past alcohol abuse (to self medicate for my social anxiety) poor diet and chronic anxiety (as a result of my social anxiety).
3. Secondary major depression brought on by a combination of my social anxiety and the chronic fatigue.
4. Confirmed early stage osteoarthritis in my knees from abusing my knees in martial arts (karate) and exacerbated by past poor diet, lack of exercise and I believe from oxidative damage in my system caused by my other conditions.OK. Apart from trying to eat as healthily and as naturally (read organic) as I can discipline myself to, here is my Med and Supplement regime.
