meltonin safe for long term use...

Posted by MoBe on November 30, 2002, at 13:06:05

Currently I am using remeron 15 mg and wellbutrin 150 mg. Although remeron is working great for sleep, together with the wellbutrin they really constipate me. As well I am struggling with trying to maintain my weight. I have two autoimmune disorders, one is thyroid (balanced now - I've taken radioactive iodine) and one is having phospholipid antibodies. My question is - if I take a very low dose ie. 300 mcgs. - because this dose isn't much higher than the body should actually make itself - is it likely to do me any harm. My doctor isn't sure but he has said, if I wish he will monitor me.

Thanks
MoBe
