I am sorry, don't know how I can confuse everything so, hope you will excuse an old-timer. I don't post much for this reason but when I think I might help a young person avoid some pain I give it a try.
I know the feeling about poop-out with the ADs. I was put on full SSD in 1997 and started Prozac at that point.....best 18 months I ever had.
I am on Parnate now following 11 ECT treatments...some trouble with insomnia but trying to adjust. Don't give up - hang in there!
