Weight gain now that I am off Paxil

I know this may sound strange, but I have only experienced weight gain now that I am off Paxil. Towards the end of my treatment, I was only taking 10mg and then 5mg. But now that I am totally off, I am eating like I always have and my weight keeps going up. I realize that most weight gain accompanies taking the pill, but I have never heard about a weight gain from going off of the pill. If anyone has any info on what to do or if they've ever heard of this (just to make sure that it is really related to the Paxil withdrawl), I'd really appreciate it.
