this is my third day on lexapro and so far i have noticed i am a b_____ to be around. i have a headache that will not quit, my upper back muscles are very tense and neck, my eyes feel swollen, and anxiety has set in. can't sleep. don't know what day or time it is, feel lost, confused.thoughts of running away and never returning has come back. real stressed.my breast hurt like im drying up from having a baby. please advise
