I guess this may be possible since both illnesses probably involve different areas of the brain. People with Parkinson's on meds to elevate dopamine may suffer psychotic symptoms while their movement problems don't improve much, and schizophrenics may develop parkinsonism and depression on APs while still having psychotic symptoms, so it's probably not simply "more" or "less" dopamine in general but rather different levels in different areas of the brain (?)
Just my guess.
