I hope it works without those sexual side effects. They're why I gave up on SSRIs. We want to be restored to full health don't we?

Are you also taking a benzodiazepine like Xanax? I ask because it usually works very quickly for panic so can be taken as needed. Also SSRIs can make a person a bit more prone to panic in the first couple of weeks of treatment.

Of course you and/or your doctor may not like that idea. And it's not the complete answer for me either.
