I've been on WellbutrinSR for two years, but lately I've noticed that it's lost its potency, too. I've read in old psycho-babble posts that it may be that your body raises the level of MAO-B enzymes to break down what it perceives as too high a level of dopamine. Argh! I ordered Deprenyl (a MAO-B inhibitor) to try and revive the Wellbutrin effectiveness. I'll post when I get it and tell you how it works :)
