That's why people with such illnesses speak with a geneticist. Only a geneticist would know such a probabability, so keep this in mind... are you saying after someone visits a geneticist and then decides to have a baby? I have no idea.
Besides, what does this have to do with this board? I think you meant to post it to social-babble, so please re-direct it.
