Night Sweats! Effexor xr or pregnancy!

As if I need another problem. I started having these horrible night sweats and I'm not sure if they are from my effexor or my new pregnancy. The change I have made is I went off Neurontin, they seemed to start then but I have also started having vivid dreams. I know your hormones change when you are pregnant but I never had this before, I never get any sleep
