Strangely enough, my depression was the making of my marriage. It was a second marriage and never went well, even thoughwe had two wonderful kids. However when I became ill, my wife stuck with me and was wonderful to me, the children were also very understanding and caring.
Now that I am recovered my marriage is a hundred times stronger than before. I hope that the same thing happens to your marriage.
