mk-869 CRF Antagonists

Hello,

I've heard that mk-869 is being launched sometime this year as a treatment for those undergoing chemopherapy but that they also think that it may help depression. Does anyone know if it hold much promise for treating Treatment Resistance Depression?

Also what about CRF Antagonists, I can't seem to find anyone who has been involved in the trials?
