Hi! I've been on lexapro 10 mg for a couple of months. I haven't noticed any unusual water retention since I've started. Of course I'm not really the best person to reply because I have water weight probs all the time, b4 I ever started lexapro. I take Triamterene (I think thats spelled right) as needed for water retention. I would ask your doctor. Have you looked to see if water retention, edema, is a side effect? I always get bloated and start retaining water right b4 my menstrual cycle.

I'm fairly new myself, been posting here for a little over a week. Keep us updated!!!
