> Hi ,you are making me wishing to stwitch to Nardil
That's good! It's underused, and it's a disgrace that so many doctors don't use it when it is so unbelievably efficacious.
> How is your sex drive????This is interesting. When I first started It raised a lot. Then it lowered. Then it raised again. . Then anorgasmia set in. Then it raised but I couldn't do anything cause of anorgasmia. at different doses I think when this happened. Now, on 90mg, it just has started to lower significantly. I don't care. I'll have Nardil anyday. The anorgasmia will pass anyway, just as it did with Csosis.
> DO you have SP ???Yes I do. Not as much as some and not as pervasive. But yes, I definately do have some unequivocal SP symptoms.
> DO you follow strictly the diet????
Yes, but there's nothing to follow!!!! The only thing I really have to avoid is cheese. Havent noticed the diet really.
> DO you have friends , girlfriend???
Yeah, a few good friends, but I always have been an outsider. Girlfriend a few years back but a real long dry patch past few years.
> Wich other drugs have you used before the nardil??? is this the best one????
A lot of Antipsychotics (Mellaril, Navene, etc etc) (I am not psychotic but there is no approved drug at all for derealization/depersonalization d/o. That's why doctors try them) -- these made my anxiety/derealization much worse.
Luvox -- insomnia.
Zoloft -- minimally helped OCD. No help with anxiety/fear/derealization/phobic anxiety/depression (which is strange cause this crap drug made the fear/anxiety/derealization/phobic anxiety/depression much worse on withdrawal. So it didn't help it while on the drug, but makes it worse when off it! Great work Pfizer!!!!)
Anafranil -- Made derealization/phobic anxiety/fear worse.Diazepam (PRN)(the standard benzo) -- helps phobic anxiety (Not as much as Nardil), no help for OCD or derealization)
Some of these trials were short. I think I've tried more but I'm at my uni library with no personal records.
Finally, is Nardil the best drug? Nardil is THE ULTIMATE. After 10 years of suffering from extreme Anxiety Disorders (for which I have been hospitalised before) Nardil has given me peace. I have just started 90mg and when the higher dose kicks in there will be 100% relief. It has worked EXTREMELY well thus far -- wiping out ANY depression, apathy, anhedonia, etc by 98%. It has wiped out phobic anxiety by 85% (which was EXTREMELY severe in the past)and deralization by 90% (I never imagagined this happening) It has wiped out OCD 70% (I can't believe that some of my past obsessions are now felt as meaningless) And when it 90mg kicks in these figures are going to be 100% I just have a gut 100% certainty about this.Nardil has quite simply made me a very, very happy person. I feel in absoloute awe of its efficacy and am grateful to those who still believe in it and make it available.
Anymore questions I will answer!
