I'm on 40 mg nortriptyline and 20 mg buspirone per day. The dx is inattentive ADHD, GAD, and depression. The buspirone was actually my therapist's idea because the nortriptyline had me pretty irritable at times. I didn't expect it to start working so quickly- actually I didn't expect it to work at all given my idiosyncratic responses to meds in the past. Hope this helps,
