When my schedule allowed, there were periods where I exercised for 6 to 8 weeks at a time. During those periods I did maintain my steady "overweight" frame. I couldn't budge lower 210 lbs. Also, I noticed during these period, my hunger increased tremendously .... making me eat more .... off setting the benefits of the exercise for weight loss. Once again, if I stopped the nardil or even decreased to 52.5 mg per day, I lose all the weight. So it was almost take the good with the bad .... in order to get a good mood, I had to have the weight gain.
