Clozaril may be your best option if all the other atypicals have failed. It is shown to be effective in many people who are resistant to all other treatments. I definitely think you should give it a try if you are treatment resistant. It is quite a hassle to take (with blood work and risks like seizures) but works great on some people. If it doesn't work, you could just stop it.
Have you tried the older meds, like Haldol or Thorazine? Sometimes the older meds work better for some people.
Some people take more than one AP. This strategy is very experimental and is not proven to be superior to one med. In fact, some professionals think it is worse because it might cause tardive dyskinesia more often.
There are a lot of options for people with psychotic symptoms. I hope you find something that works soon.
