LOL! Yeah, I take lexapro. I keep the air on unusually low. I have a friend on Celexa (same thing as lexapro), and he keeps the air low as well. I think the sweating will subside a little as you adjust to lexapro. How is it working for you? Do you have a better outlook yet?

Hopefully it will begin to work for you if it has not already.
