help on how to pass withdrawl

This is my second day off hydrocodone im 16 and have been using it for 4 months and i cant sleep i overdose the other day and said to my self i would stop but i just want one only to calm me down then i tell my self that my life is not worth it i just set here and read things from other people and think to my self i can do it but i dont know how long i can hold off

any help!!!
