Force yourself to yawn. Read

Posted by linkadge on February 18, 2003, at 6:34:26

When you take an SSRI if often causes people
to yawn frequently. When you discontinue, you hardly ever yawn for a long while -(even at bedtime)

I have been suffering from Celexa withdrawl, and took the entire day yesterday to force myself to yawn as many times as I could during the day.
By the end of the day I felt a lot better.
I think there is a serotonin connection involved.

If you're feeling down force yourself to yawn.

Let me know what you people thing.
