Although I don't expereinece sleep problems,
some do. It can significantly raise dopamine
levels (which for some can actually improve sleep). If it does give you insommnia take
devided doses morn and evening.Don't let the fact that it causes insommnia (for some) deture you from giving it a full trial.
Adjust doeses if needed, and timing if needed.
