You may want to check with your doctor and have your dose raised. I had the same thing happen in the beginning on 10 mg and now I am on 20 mg. I might look at 30 here soon just because of my aniexty still squeezes ( I can't spell sorry) in sometimes. But stick with it just keep checking in with your Doc. so that they can monitor you and bump you up if needed. Good Luck
