Ace- I take risperdal (2 mg) to augment Celexa (60 mg) for ocd and anxiety. The stuff works amazingly well, it's made me feel the best I've ever felt mentally but I've gained a lot of weight (60 pounds- I've lost 12 of the 60 so far and am working at losing the rest). However, from what I understand weight gain that is that extreme doesn't happen to everyone. Gaining 60 pounds was a bummer but it beats obsessing like I was. The risperdal works so well that it has completely taken away my neck pain (which was due to anxiety). I had severe neck pain for 12 years- saw a chiropractor regularly which only helped minimally. The risperdal relieves my anxiety and obsessions and I have no EPS. I've decided not to worry about TD and I have no regrets about taking the risperdal. I may be naive and eat my words later, but that's how I feel now. It has given me immense relief. Be well, babs
