Can Concerta or Ritilan cause depression?

Just wondering if anyone has info re: Concerta and depression. Have been taking for about 4 days and today am feeling depressed more than ever. Also take low dose desipramine-75mg. My pdoc said he never heard of that happening. Any info or advice appreciated.
