Hello Nikki, if its zispin then you must be an englander as am I!
Itried it for about 5 months, I found it to be very tolerable and quite good for sleep, sadly it did nothing for my condition but we are all different, valium makes me very anxious for example whereas xanax is a dream.
Its worth a try I am sure and there were no withdrawal effexts for me at all even with fairly abrupt tapering,not that I would recommend this!Good luck
